SHIPPING PACKAGING
At Uomo Collezioni we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in DHL signature yellow packaging or boxes at no additional cost.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL. All shipments that are sent by 'Uomo Collezioni' or 'Uomo Group' or 'Ademco Investments Pte Ltd', are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm GMT +8 (with the exception of Singapore public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the earliest.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All Shipping costs for orders over 1200 SGD are free of charge within Singapore.

TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
