Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a Uomo Collezioni account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wish list and easily place an order.

How can I track my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Uomo Collezioni is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

How can I make a Click-and-Collect order?

Uomo Collezioni provides exclusive Click-and-Collect services for all orders. To make an order, check out your items as usual and opt for ‘click-and-collect’ in the delivery options.

Click-and-collect services are recommended for those whom will need their order urgently or prefer to have it packed eco-friendly.

How do I buy gift cards?

Uomo Collezioni Gift Cards are sold in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and presented virtually over email.

The denominations are as such; $100, $500, $1000, $2000, $5000. For gift cards amounting over $5000, please contact our customer service (info@uomocollezioni.com) to order.

After you’ve selected the gift amount, you may wish to include a personal message, your (sender) details and add it to cart. The virtual gift card will be sent to the receiver as soon as we have accepted your order and taken payment. You will in turn receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Can I return my order in store?

You can return your orders easily in store at Uomo Collezioni, Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands Singapore. We are located, at the casino level, B2M-229.

Can I change/ cancel my order?

If you wish to return and refund your order, contact us at info@uomocollezioni.com and we will process it for you.

I would like to purchase an exotic item/ fragrances; how can I get it shipped?

Due to legal terms and custom laws, we are unable to ship items made from exotic materials such as crocodile and ostrich leather. To view and purchase exotic leather items, you can visit our boutique located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
